Business Plan

Our typical hold period is three to five years. We concentrate on 100 to 200 unit garden-style B and C class apartment buildings built between 1970 and 1990.We only buy opportunities that we believe will produce a 70% return on investment for our investors over that time period. We invest in low-crime neighborhoods in states where landlord-friendly laws exist and We seek areas within growing primary and secondary markets with diverse job growth.

DNA

My team and I buy apartment buildings one small business at a time. We add market value and pride of possession. We expect our tenants to be sad when we sell. We know what we are good at and we have no intention of changing our focus. As part of the Brad Sumrok Apartment Investor Network, we’ve closed over 60 Billion transactions in 37 markets.
