The Urban Equities Difference

Multi Family Syndication is complicated.
We're here to make it simple.

Our investors level up.

We build long-term wealth for our partners through passive investment in multi family real estate. This is achieved by providing investors with periodic cash flow throughout the term of the investment, growth in value through strategic management, and sizable tax benefits that are unique to investment real estate investments.

Our tenants level up.

We build better living standards for our tenants through capital investment and management initiatives that improve homes and enhance communities.

We are hyper-focused.

We do one thing. We buy and improve garden-style apartment communities of at least 150 units built between 1970 and 1995. Our typical hold period is three to five years. We only buy communities that we believe we can materially improve. Through this improvement, we will produce a 70% return on investment for our investors over that time period. Said another way, if you invest $100,000 with us, we intend to return at least $170,000 to you.

We are transparent.

We are committed to transparency throughout the lifecycle of the investment. This starts with the initial plans and continues monthly through the sale of the asset. When you review our offering you will have unfettered access to every piece of information we have access to. After the close you will be provided detailed financial reports every month for the life of the investment. You will also have access to the asset managers to discuss any questions you may have along the way. Most of our offerings provide quarterly cash flow distributions and you will receive all the necessary tax documents in a timely manner at tax time. We are committed to being the best sponsor you have ever invested with, both from the investment yield perspective, but also from the standpoint of meeting your administrative needs quickly and easily.
