Our typical hold period is three to five years. We concentrate on 150 to 300 unit garden-style B and C class apartment buildings built between 1970 and 1995.We only buy opportunities that we believe will produce a 70% return on investment for our investors over that time period. We invest in low-crime neighborhoods in states where Landlord-friendly laws exist and we are currently focused on the best submakets of five markets:

  • Atlanta, GA
